Section Schedule MUSC 108 Music Prep Course prepares students for study of theory and is based on intense drill in note recognition, work with basic rhythms, and preliminary development of aural skills, with special attention to note replication. Students develop a sense of self-discipline required for the study of music, a sense of relative pitch, a verbal musical literacy, and an ability to listen actively.
